Consent: By submitting your phone number through a lead form or opting into communications from one of our clients, you consent to receive SMS messages related to that business's services.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and follow-up activity. Typical usage is 2â5 messages per lead interaction.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

No Third-Party Sharing: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

We store data using industry-standard cloud infrastructure. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide our service, maintain business records, or comply with applicable legal obligations. Lead contact data is generally retained for the duration of our client engagement plus a standard business records period not to exceed three (3) years, unless a deletion request is received sooner.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a commercially reasonable manner.

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
